Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will strive to provide you with your full appointment duration, provided it does not disrupt our scheduling for other clients. However, in certain instances, your session may need to be adjusted to maintain the timely progression of subsequent appointments. In such cases, the full fee will still apply.

Reschedule Policy

Clients may reschedule Nutritional consultations up to 12 hours before their scheduled appointment, with no fee implemented.

If you have symptoms including fever, flu-like symptoms such as coughing, sore throat, fatigue and/or shortness of breath we request you reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Whilst we do our best to remind you of appointments, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to remember their scheduled appointments. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of scheduled appointment times, and we do take extenuating circumstances into consideration.

Out of respect for our practitioners time we do require, 24hrs cancellation of any scheduled appointment. This is to help practitioners fill the spot if you can’t make it. Cancelling within 24hrs of a scheduled appointment may incur a 100% Cancellation Fee. Failure to provide 24hrs notice may incur a 100% Cancellation Fee (of the original appointment).

No Show Policy

Unfortunately, if you miss an appointment entirely, a 100% fee will apply.

In the event that a practitioner is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as promptly as possible. Self Made Natural Health provides the option to re-schedule or receive a full refund in such cases.
